Job summary

Tyco Electronics Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt–trained professional to join our Global Procurement Business Process Team in Metro Manila.

You will analyze data, lead optimization efforts, and align procurement practices across the organization to drive continuous improvement. You will coach stakeholders, create and maintain standard work, collaborate with global teams, and apply AI-enabled tools to uncover efficiencies, guiding future-state designs and timely project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, process improvement, or a related field.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred; strong Lean knowledge.
• Strong analytical and data-analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities; able to influence at all levels.
• Familiarity with AI technology tools for automation or analytics is a plus.
• Excellent project management capabilities.

• Lead and support process improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma.
• Analyze data and develop insights to drive decisions and efficiency gains.
• Create, update, and maintain process documentation and standard work.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to identify efficiencies and trends.
