Job summary

COMRISE Japan is seeking a skilled graphic designer to translate client briefs into print-ready artwork. You will manage multiple projects across InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, while maintaining strict quality standards and timely delivery.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, prepare pre-press packages, and support North America-facing projects with strong English communication and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Degree/diploma in Multimedia Arts / Fine Arts / Advertising / Marketing / Communication Arts or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of print design experience in Publishing/Advertising/Marketing/Media or similar.
• Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Proficient in MS Word and PowerPoint.
• Background in pre-press production (Artworking) and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Understand the brief and design requirements from clients/stakeholders.
• Accomplish design requirements based on quality standards.
• Deliver artwork according to specifications with accuracy and timeliness.
• Work according to the established production flow and tools.
• Coordinate with team leads/stakeholders and provide project updates.
• Handle diverse design projects using InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Word.
• Manage time/workload for quick revisions and turnaround.
• Prepare the pre-press package of final artwork.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and take on extra projects when needed.
