Job summary

Outsourced Quality Assured Services Inc. (ISO Certified) is seeking a detail-oriented graphic designer who excels in layout and typography to craft polished corporate communications, not just social content.

You will collaborate with the Creative Director and senior designers on client projects, designing Microsoft PowerPoint decks, multi-page documents, brochures, and event materials while upholding brand guidelines.

Qualifications

2–3 years' graphic design experience (agency experience preferred).
Experience working on corporate communications or presentation design.
Experience designing multi-page documents.

Responsibilities

Design and format professional Microsoft PowerPoint presentations.
Design brochures, booklets, reports, product literature and other multi-page publications.
Create event branding and conference materials.
Produce marketing collateral for print and digital platforms.
Design infographics and data visualisations.
Apply and maintain strict brand guidelines across multiple projects.
Prepare artwork for both print and digital output.
Update and amend existing artwork accurately.
Organise artwork and maintain consistent file management.
Ensure all work is accurate, visually polished and client-ready.
Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
