Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines seeks a Procurement Leader to drive regional sourcing performance, localization of key commodities, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, quality, and marketing teams.

The successful candidate will oversee direct materials procurement across tooling, stamping, molding, and die casting, manage supplier relationships, and lead a global sourcing network to reduce lead times and costs while ensuring compliance with TE policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, supply chain, or engineering.
• MBA or equivalent graduate business degree preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years in advanced procurement with leadership experience.
• Global exposure and remote management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement team to improve productivity, supply performance, quality, and localization.
• Develop localization supplier relationships and performance.
• Drive localization to reduce cost and improve delivery flexibility.
• Execute competitive bids, negotiate, and contract direct materials.
• Collaborate with Design Engineering and Manufacturing on NPI projects.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve escalated issues.
