Job summary

Kroll is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll delivery for about 3,000 employees across US, Canada, BVI, Cayman Islands and Bermuda. The role requires strong technical payroll knowledge, meticulous control, and cross‑functional collaboration with ADP, local providers, HRIS, and Finance to ensure accuracy and timely processing.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least five years of direct payroll experience in a multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction environment including US/Canada/BVI/Cayman Islands/Bermuda.
• Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now and ADP international payroll solutions; knowledge of payroll taxes and year-end reporting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate on-cycle and off-cycle payrolls for employees across the United States, Canada, BVI, Cayman Islands, and Bermuda.
• Validate employee data and complex transactions including hires, terminations, leaves, transfers, bonuses, and garnishments.
• Review payroll results, funding, direct deposits, and general ledger information; resolve discrepancies before payroll release.
