Job summary

Strada in Quezon City-Eastwood City Cyber Park seeks a Payroll Associate to support payroll processing and data management with strict confidentiality. You will handle client queries, ensure compliance with country-specific rules, and contribute to a secure, efficient payroll environment.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 1-2 years payroll/HR outsourcing experience, HRIS knowledge, and strong Office skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years relevant experience administering Payroll or Health & Welfare/Benefits.
• HRIS knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support Payroll to align with processing calendars and KPIs.
• Advise on client queries and country-specific legislation.
• Ensure data management is accurate and timely.
• Respond to tickets and calls within SLA with quality.
• Follow DWIs and update documentation as needed.
• Maintain system issues/defects reporting with details.
