Job summary

Zepz is expanding its Cebu-based Payments Operations team. As an Operations Executive, you will oversee transaction escalations, monitor payout performance, and resolve issues to ensure fast, reliable cross-border transfers for customers.

You will collaborate with Customer Service, Partner Managers, Funding, and Engineering to address complex operational challenges. We value ownership, integrity, and proactive problem-solving.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent practical experience in Finance or Business.
• Strong ownership mindset with a proactive, results‑oriented approach.
• Analytical mindset with data‑driven problem solving.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Excel/MS Office.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Investigate root causes of complex transaction and payout issues.
• Communicate across internal teams and external partners clearly.
• Identify operational trends to preempt systemic issues.
• Continuously optimize processes and workflows for scale.
