Job summary

Okta is seeking a Global Partner Sales Desk Specialist to connect external partners with internal teams, ensuring smooth deal registration and accurate data across systems. This hybrid role reports to the Manager, Global Partner Operations and requires a partner-minded, proactive communicator.

You will own CRM hygiene in SFDC, coordinate with Partner Account Managers, Deal Desk, and Order Management, and support cross-regional time zones while delivering high-velocity results.

Responsibilities

• Empathy-Led Deal Registration Management: Review and validate Deal Registrations with speed and precision, ensuring program compliance.
• Conscious Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Partner Account Managers, Deal Desk, and Order Management to move POs and quotes accurately and on time.
• Ownership of CRM Hygiene & Data Integrity: Maintain SFDC and Partner Portals data with proactive auditing and validation.
• Outward-Minded Sales Support: Communicate statuses and workflows clearly via Slack and email to partners and internal teams.
• Continuous Growth & Personal Capacity: Adapt to cross-regional shifts and high-volume cycles with mindful workload management.
