Job summary

Maersk in Pasig City is hiring a Thai Ocean Customer Experience Specialist to drive CX strategy for Ocean products. You will optimise cost to serve, resolve issues on first contact, and lead platform rollout to deliver high-performing, customer-centric operations.

You will own end-to-end export/import experiences across channels, maintain CSOPs, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure seamless shipment processing. Strong Thai/English and CX background are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Thai and English (written and spoken) is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Strong attention to detail and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience developing, maintaining and auditing CSOPs.
• Ability to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
• Willingness to work onsite in Pasig City, dayshift schedule.
• AI literacy and adaptability highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic execution and continuous improvement of Ocean products by optimizing cost to serve.
• Ensure timely and accurate Ocean documentation to meet regulatory and customer requirements.
• Oversee documentation amendments with precision to maintain data accuracy.
• Drive efficiency in documentation workflows and improve productivity.
• Maintain and update CSOPs to reflect latest requirements and capabilities.
• Act as first contact for CX-related matters with stakeholders.
• Own a defined customer portfolio across export/import via multiple channels.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders involved in shipment processing.
• Provide value-added solutions using strong business knowledge and process understanding.
• Deliver timely resolutions to customer queries and proactively prevent recurrence.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities where appropriate.
• Adhere to SOPs/IOPs and participate in client calls to ensure smooth flow.
• Prepare reports and perform tasks as assigned by Team Leader or Manager.
