Qualifications

• 14+ years of progressively responsible leadership experience in administration operations within a multinational organization.
• Strategic thinker with proven planning, relationship-building, and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of Customer Administration organizations.
• Proven ability in causal analysis and utilization, and in planning operations and management.
• Ability to control complex operations against SLAs and implement process-improvement frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Strategic workforce planning in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with hands-on involvement.
• Drive operational excellence and achievement of monthly targets.
• Lead process improvement actions and contribute to strategic decisions affecting the function.
• Plan workload and re-engineer processes to define best-in-class levels for each process managed.
• Own process automation programs and drive results, while eliminating variance.
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma to identify process gaps and ensure SOX/compliance controls.
• Manage client relationships, drive customer satisfaction and retention, and meet retention targets.
• Proactively generate solutions to reduce queries and resolve issues within SLAs.
