HCL Technologies Philippines Inc. is seeking an experienced collections leader to oversee the COE operation, coordinating personnel and resources to ensure delivery of service levels for Xerox customers and internal partners.

The role emphasizes managing international B2B collections, driving process improvements, and aligning with leadership on performance and strategic initiatives. A strong finance or customer service background and exceptional communication are essential, with hybrid work

Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ management experience handling International B2B Collection & AR accounts.
• Ability to visualize, articulate, conceptualize or solve problems with available information.
• Strong background and work experience in Finance or Customer Service.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, to various levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing staff groups and major projects.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative management style.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, diverse environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage operation to ensure delivery of established service levels.
• Develop mitigation plans to offset risks to goals and commitments.
• Manage headcount and overtime with the Project Leader.
• Interface with HCL and Xerox partners to ensure timely and accurate billing.
• Improve operational processes to support billing and resources management.
• Leverage HR, IT and Analytics to develop business strategies and morale.
• Communicate complex concepts and performance to Leadership.
• Contribute to long-term planning and operational excellence.
