Job summary

Dsv Inc. is seeking a Network Specialist - L3 Engineering to join the Global IT team in the Philippines. This role manages a vast enterprise network across 4 data centres, cloud solutions, and thousands of sites worldwide.

You will implement and maintain Cisco-based infrastructure and cloud interconnections to support APAC and AMER regions. You will collaborate with network architects, handle incidents and projects, and provide second-line escalation for offices and warehouses.

Qualifications

• IT degree or equivalent education or Cisco certifications.
• Data Centre experience – 5+ years.
• Strong TCP/IP knowledge and troubleshooting tools.
• Cloud-based networking knowledge (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience with routers/switches in large enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate Cisco routers and switches for both operations and projects.
• Improve network performance and align with standards.
• Handle incidents and projects affecting DC and cloud networks.
• Be an active team member contributing to knowledge sharing and support.
• Serve as escalation point for second-line support for offices and warehouses.
