Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology, system analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for procurement, ordering, tracking, coordination, and implementation of data circuits.
• Maintain global circuit inventory management of all network infrastructure circuits.
• Conduct audits to identify cost-effective solutions and optimization opportunities.
• Provide support for renewal of circuit-related contracts and billing reconciliation.
• Create and maintain process documentation for the Circuit Management Team.
• Collaborate with client partners and vendors to resolve billing discrepancies.
