Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking an Associate to support the delivery of mental health services in Pampanga and Baguio, Philippines. You will provide counselling/therapy sessions to clients (in-person and virtual), while adhering to Lyra’s clinical and service standards and ensuring a private, professional venue for in-person sessions.

You will receive client referrals, manage scheduling, maintain documentation, and coordinate with Lyra’s care and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold RPsy or RGC license in the Philippines.
• Experience in counselling or therapy services.
• Private, professional space for in-person sessions.
• Strong communication, confidentiality and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Provide counselling/therapy sessions in-person and virtually.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with Lyra care and operations teams.
