Job summary

Lyra Clinical Associates partners with Lyra Health to deliver employee wellbeing services in the Philippines. You will provide brief financial consultations to clients via telephonic sessions while adhering to Lyra’s standards.

Associates receive referrals, manage session scheduling, and coordinate with care and operations teams to ensure a positive client experience and high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Financial Planner and able to practice in the Philippines.
• Experience providing financial consultation to clients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; additional local languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide brief financial consultation to clients via telephonic sessions.
• Manage session scheduling and maintain timely, accurate documentation.
• Maintain high standards of care and coordinate with Lyra care/operations teams.
