Role Description

This is an associate role supporting Lyra Health's delivery of employee wellbeing services in the Philippines. In this role, you will provide brief financial consultation to clients (via telephonic settings), while adhering to Lyra's clinical and service standards.

Associates will receive client referrals from Lyra and are expected to manage their session scheduling, maintain timely and accurate documentation, and ensure a high standard of care. The role involves periodic coordination with Lyra's care and operations team to support seamless service delivery and a positive client experience.

Requirements:

• Professional Qualification: Must be a Registered Financial Planner and is able to practice inthe Philippines.
• Experience in providing financial consultation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain professional standards, confidentiality, and ethical practice
• Timely completion of documentation and administrative requirements
• Comfortable using digital tools/platforms for sessions and case management
• Ability to work independently while maintaining communication with a remote team
• Fluency in English; additional local languages are an advantage
