Qualifications

• Medical degree from an accredited school.
• Current license to practice medicine.
• Minimum 5 years clinical practice after qualification.
• 5–7 years in clinical medicine and clinical research in pharma/CRO/biotech.
• Experience as investigator or in pharma/CRO/biotech required.
• Strong understanding of trial methodology and regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of therapeutic areas and landscape.
• Board certification preferred.
• Excellent communication with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel regionally and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Global/Regional Medical Advisor on assigned projects.
• Provide medical/scientific guidance to teams ensuring patient safety and protocol integrity.
• Review study protocols, CRFs, and related documents.
• Deliver therapeutic area training to project teams.
• Present at investigator and client meetings.
• Review AEs and support SAE assessment with pharmacovigilance.
• Contribute to safety evaluations and AOSE activities.
• Review CSRs and patient narratives.
• Support medical questions from sites throughout studies.
• Assist with study delivery strategies for regional/global trials.
• Collaborate with BD and operations on proposals and feasibility.
• Advise on landscapes, standards of care, and recruitment strategies.
• Participate in client discussions and scientific exchanges.
• Stay informed on scientific, regulatory developments and publications.
