IQVIA SOLUTIONS OPERATIONS CENTER PHILIPPINES, INC. is seeking a senior insights leader to design and deliver impactful consumer health and healthcare insights programs.

Drive client growth, capability development, and innovation while managing teams and ensuring high-quality research. You will lead end-to-end qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-method programs, integrate data into business recommendations, and champion AI-enabled approaches.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in market research, insights, consulting, or advisory services.
• Strong expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Experience leading client engagements and managing research teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead client & business development initiatives and build relationships with key clients.
• Provide end-to-end leadership of qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-method research programs.
• Embed AI-enabled tools and innovative methodologies across the research lifecycle.
• Coach and develop a high-performing team and build consulting capabilities within the group.
• Ensure on-time, within-budget project delivery to IQVIA quality standards and drive practice growth.

Role Purpose

Lead the design and delivery of impactful consumer health and healthcare insights programs while driving client growth, capability development, and innovation. This role combines market research expertise, commercial leadership, AI-enabled research innovation, and people management to help shape IQVIA's Consumer Health business.

Key Responsibilities

• Client & Business Development
• Build and grow relationships with key clients across Consumer Health and Healthcare.
• Translate business challenges into actionable insight solutions.
• Lead proposal development, commercial discussions, and new business opportunities.
• Contribute to revenue growth and strategic account development.

Insights & Research Leadership

• Lead end-to-end qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-method research programs.
• Deliver strategic insights that support brand, portfolio, innovation, and commercial decision-making.
• Integrate primary research, market data, and analytics into clear business recommendations.
• Ensure methodological rigor and delivery excellence.

AI & Innovation

• Embed AI-enabled tools and approaches across the research lifecycle.
• Drive adoption of innovative methodologies, analytics, and insight-generation techniques.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and client value.

People & Team Leadership

• Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
• Build consulting, storytelling, client management, and commercial capabilities within the team.

Operational & Practice Leadership

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to IQVIA quality standards.
• Manage resource allocation, profitability, and project performance.
• Contribute to thought leadership and the growth of IQVIA's Consumer Health practice.

• Experience & Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience in market research, insights, consulting, or advisory services.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.

Preferred

• Experience across Consumer Health, OTC, Wellness, Healthcare, FMCG, or related sectors.
• Exposure to consulting, advisory, or insights-driven commercial environments.
• Familiarity with AI, automation, or technology-enabled research approaches.
