Job summary

Continental is seeking a Global Marketing Standards and Process Manager to drive definition, deployment, and continuous improvement of Marketing quality standards and governance across the organization. The role delivers practical standards, process documentation, governance tools and adoption materials to enable more consistent and efficient Marketing operations.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of relevant experience in Quality Management, Operational Excellence, Process Excellence, Governance, PMO or a comparable discipline, ideally within a global or matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain Marketing Quality Standards framework with clear, practical, and measurable criteria.
• Coordinate quality assurance and review activities, track adherence to standards and support follow-up improvements.
• Maintain Marketing process landscape and related documentation with owners and SMEs.
• Support governance framework with roles, RACI, controls and escalation mechanisms.
• Assist deployment of standards, create training materials and onboarding content.
• Track adoption and collect feedback to enable continuous improvement.
