Job summary

V2X in the Philippines seeks a dedicated Supply Technician to execute daily logistics and supply tasks within SSA/JTDC frameworks. You will manage stock, issue materials, and maintain accurate records using LIS, GCSS-Army, and related tools.

The role requires knowledge of military supply systems, GCSS-Army, and material handling. U.S. citizenship, CAC eligibility, and a valid local driver’s license are required for this position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate Degree preferred.
• 40-hr G-Army SSA certification preferred.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain successful NACI background for CAC.
• Ability to obtain U.S. Passport within 30 days of hiring.
• Must be a US citizen.
• A valid Driver's License is required for all Labor Categories in the Philippines.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in logistics and warehousing.
• GCSS-Army knowledge and experience required.
• Maximo EAM experience desirable.
• Military experience in Supply fields desired; civilian acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily warehouse operations, including storage, inventories, and inventory management using LIS and G-Army systems.
• Verify stock quantities and store materiel on shelves or containers according to identifiers.
• Provide KPI data for inventory, receipts, issues, and stock records.
• Move or transport materiel between departments using pallet jacks, forklifts, or industrial trucks.
• Maintain inventory records and security of sensitive items per Army regulations.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and SOPs; assist with training when required.
• Operate MS Office tools to generate reports and maintain records.
• Support GCSS-Army and Maximo data accuracy and routine audits.
• Collaborate with Supply Manager and SSA/JTDC leadership as needed.
