Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field is essential.
• MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Logistics, or International Business preferred.
• 12-15 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Customs, Warehousing, and Stores Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end logistics, customs compliance, warehousing, and stores operations.
• Develop and execute logistics strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor logistics KPIs including OTIF, freight cost, transit time, and delivery performance.
• Lead customs audits and address compliance risks effectively.
• Drive cycle counting, annual stock verification, and inventory reconciliation.
• Drive safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across logistics functions.
