Job summary

EY is seeking a Learning Deployment Specialist (LDS) for a fixed-term, full-time role in a low-cost country setting. The period runs from 1 May 2026 to 30 September 2027, with responsibilities spanning deployment management, stakeholder engagement and program analytics.

You will collaborate across global teams, apply AI and data-driven insights, and drive continuous improvement across deployment operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in learning deployment, project management or HR.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.
• Experience leading virtual teams to deliver results.
• Experience in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with deployment managers to deliver priorities and plans.
• Oversee end-to-end deployment of the Global EY Badges program.
• Supervise the virtual Badges Review Network administrative team.
• Build stakeholder relationships and manage competing priorities.
• Provide learner support and query handling.
• Maintain EY Badges assets and community content.
• Lead reporting and analytics to inform leadership discussions.
• Contribute to program measurement, insights and opportunities.
• Propose scalable solutions for operational excellence.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and standardise processes.
• Leverage AI tools to improve productivity and add value.
