Qualifications

• Experience in learning and development, talent management, leadership development, or capability-building in a corporate/global setting.
• Strong program coordination, stakeholder management, and learning delivery experience.
• Ability to evaluate program effectiveness and implement improvements from data/feedback.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and facilitation skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the design and delivery of learning and development initiatives aligned with business and talent priorities.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to create structured learning solutions for leadership development.
• Review program content, objectives, and outcomes to ensure effectiveness and impact.
• Design blended learning experiences (virtual, classroom, experiential) and facilitate workshops when needed.
• Oversee end-to-end program governance, scheduling, communication, and follow-up.
• Monitor engagement, progress, and completion; report insights to senior stakeholders.
• Support budget planning and vendor expenditure; track performance metrics to drive improvement.
