Job summary

Xerox Philippines is hiring a Global Spend Management Analyst – IT Sourcing to support procurement of software, hardware, cloud services, and telecoms across global regions. You will partner with IT, Finance, Legal and Procurement to deliver sourcing solutions, manage supplier governance, and drive cost optimization.

The role emphasizes end-to-end sourcing, contract management, and working with stakeholders worldwide in a hybrid setup. Strong English communication and ERP experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience, IT categories preferred.
• Strong understanding of sourcing, supplier negotiations, contract management and lifecycle processes.
• Experience supporting global stakeholders in a shared services or multinational environment is preferred.
• Proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage sourcing and procurement activities for software, hardware, cloud services, telecoms, and other IT categories.
• Execute end-to-end sourcing events, including supplier identification, RFx, bid evaluations, negotiations, and contract recommendations.
• Process and validate purchase requisitions and purchase orders for technology purchases.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
• Monitor supplier performance, contract compliance, software renewals, and licensing agreements.
• Perform spend analysis and prepare reports identifying savings opportunities and procurement trends.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and governance standards.
• Support supplier onboarding, performance reviews, and issue resolution.
• Identify opportunities to streamline sourcing processes and improve procurement efficiency.
• Maintain accurate procurement documentation and support global IT initiatives.
