Job summary

Infinit-O in Pasay, Metro Manila, is seeking an IT Service Desk Specialist to support Priority 1 outages and everyday IT issues for an international client base. You will follow defined TS processes, log tickets, and communicate clearly in English.

Requirements include 1+ year experience, a BS IT degree, strong English, ability to work with minimal supervision, and willingness to work shifting schedules including weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience as IT Service Desk Specialist in an international company.
• Excellent command in English for both written and verbal.
• Experience handling hardware, software and some network issues.
• BS IT graduate.
• Willing to work shifting schedule including weekends.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Support Priority 1 issues (All Outages, Network, power, telecom) following TS processes.
• Handle regular IT issues: account creation, login, email, Citrix, Office 365, OS and office apps troubles.
• Escalate unresolved issues after TS steps and coordinate with on-site support when needed.
• Complete all assigned tickets during US business hours with accurate log entries.
• Log calls accurately in ConnectWise and maintain proper time entries.
