Job summary

Hoya Corporation seeks a Senior Service Delivery Manager to guarantee optimal delivery and quality of mission-critical IT services across business divisions. This role bridges the Group Digital organization with divisional units, ensuring alignment with business requirements and governance, while driving a sustained CSI program to minimize operational risk.

You will lead stakeholder reviews, enforce global IT standards, manage demand, and oversee service design, transition, and budgeting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
• ITIL 4 Foundation strongly preferred.
• 12+ years in IT Service Management, ideally multinational.
• 8+ years in global manufacturing with Shared IT Services.
• Fluent English and at least one Asian language.
• Strong cross-cultural communication and stakeholder influence.
• Proven incident leadership and RCA abilities.
• Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or BMC Helix.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain credible relationships with Divisional/Business leadership and stakeholders.
• Drive global IT standards, processes, and tools across divisions.
• Identify IT service risks and manage risk register with CoE team.
• Oversee demand intake and prioritization aligned with objectives.
• Coordinate with Infrastructure for capacity planning and service design transitions.
• Monitor SLAs/OLAs and act as escalation point for major incidents.
• Lead RCA and permanent corrective actions; drive CSI initiatives.
• Travel within ASEAN countries as required.
