Qualifications

• 10+ years in service delivery, operations management, or IT project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong background in IT outsourcing, break-fix or managed services operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee a geographically dispersed team of Service Delivery Managers and Team Leads.
• Establish and manage delivery plans, milestones, and service targets.
