Job summary

Citigroup Business Process Solutions Pte. Ltd. in Manila is seeking a Senior Tech Lead to support regulatory governance and oversight within International Technology. The role focuses on preparing materials for governance reporting, regulatory queries, planning, and ensuring timely delivery of key deliverables.

You will liaise with geographic and entity partners, support risk and control committees, and produce high-quality PowerPoint and Excel artifacts for boards and regulators.

Qualifications

• Experience producing high-quality reports for senior audiences under tight deadlines.
• Ability to learn new tasks quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, OneNote) and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint).
• Experience supporting regulatory governance requirements and materials for boards or regulators would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in reporting to Governance committees including Risk & Control and Executive Committees.
• Support regulatory requirements within International Technology governance.
• Produce regular and ad hoc high-quality management reports and ensure timely distribution per SLA.
• Coordinate information flows from partners and stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing PowerPoint materials and refreshing templates.
• Work with PowerPoint and Excel datasets, summarise key themes.

The role of International Technology Regulatory Governance and Oversight SVP provides support for Legal Entity governance across International Technology, primarily in the areas of preparing materials for senior management & governance reporting, regulatory queries, planning, and more, to support effective decision making across all layers of management within the organization.

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Tech Lead, who will support the specific requirements associated with the regulatory aspects associated with the international regulatory individual accountability regimes for Technology, which require specific governance and documentation, including the maintenance of Regulatory Job Profiles, Statement of Responsibilities etc.

The role involves proactively liaising with the various geographical and legal entity partners & stakeholders across the wider Technology community on key priorities, significant projects, risk and control topics, regulatory initiatives, issues & audits, and more and acting as a key interface across the International Technology organisation and other partners to drive the timely delivery on agreed key deliverables and working to ensure the organization's goals and targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with reporting to Governance committees including Risk & Control Committees, Executive Committees and Boards
• Support wider Technology wider regulatory requirements
• Producing regular and ad hoc high quality management reports in line with agreed reporting schedules and ensuring the timely distribution of these against agreed Service Level agreements (SLA)s and using appropriate dissemination channels
• Coordinating information flows from partners
• Assist in the preparation of PowerPoint materials to include refreshing templates or quality assuring work produced by others
• Work as directed on PowerPoint and excel data files; receipting, storing, amalgamating, and creating summaries of key themes

Knowledge/Experience:

• Experience of producing high quality and accurate reports for senior audiences in demanding timeframes
• Experience of learning new work/activities quickly
• A strong/intermediate experience of PowerPoint, Excel, Word and OneNote
• Experience of using Teams & SharePoint to store/retrieve filesExtracting data from in-house systems
• Experience of regulatory governance requirements would be an advantage
• Experience of providing materials intended for formal Board meetings or regulators would be an advantage
