Job summary

HCM Nexus Consulting Inc. seeks an experienced Japanese-speaking Project Manager to oversee IT, software development, or enterprise transformation projects. You will coordinate with Japanese-speaking stakeholders and global teams to ensure milestones are met on time and within scope.

Ideal candidates have strong project delivery background, excellent Japanese and English communication, and experience managing multilingual projects across regions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management, including handling Japanese clients or stakeholders.
• Business-level Japanese and English, both verbal and written.
• Experience delivering IT/software development or enterprise transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Coordinate with Japanese-speaking clients and internal teams to align timelines and deliverables.
• Facilitate meetings, prepare reports, and maintain project docs in Japanese and English.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and issues; resolve with stakeholders.
• Monitor scope, schedule, cost, and quality; work with cross-functional teams.
• Support Agile/Scrum or Waterfall project delivery as required.
• Oversee post-project evaluation and continuous improvement activities.
