Job summary

CEVA Logistics Manila is seeking a Global Platform Management Administrator to serve as the first line of IT support for staff, handling hardware, software, and network issues. You will diagnose problems, escalate when needed, manage user accounts, and help ensure IT policy compliance.

Responsibilities include assisting onboarding, maintaining incident records, and contributing to ongoing service improvements in a dynamic logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT support or service desk role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, Microsoft Office 365, and common enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first line of support for IT-related issues via phone, email, or ticketing system.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network problems.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, requests, and resolutions in the service desk system.
• Assist with user account management (password resets, access requests, permissions).
• Provide guidance on IT policies, security practices, and system usage.
