The role requires 5–8+ years in supply chain operations, strong SAP/S/4HANA expertise, and a track record of improving service levels and inventory performance in a multi-regional environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 5–8+ years of progressive supply chain operations experience.
• Experience in global or multi-regional environments; cross-time-zone collaboration.
• Strong SAP expertise; S/4HANA, IBP, and SupplyOn experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end replenishment strategy for assigned plants and DCs; ensure optimal inventory positioning and service levels.
• Act as interface across Customer Care, Logistics, and Planning to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
• Monitor order flows, identify risks, and execute corrective actions to meet IFOT.
• Lead or contribute to cross-regional and global initiatives like process standardization and system improvements.
