Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1-2 years in accounting/finance operations or shared services.
• CPA/CMA/MBA advantageous but not required.
• Exposure to ERP and reporting tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operational excellence: perform interface error handling and reconciliation.
• Support close activities and ensure accruals for failed interfaces.
• Assist audits with information and data; maintain documentation and control evidence.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve reconciling items and provide timely updates.
