Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Global Services seeks an entry-level Global Financial Reporting Associate to support financial reporting, reconciliation, data validation, and close processes under senior guidance.

The role collaborates with regional teams, Data Management, Compliance, and technology partners to ensure accurate, timely financial submissions. Night-shift flexibility and a hybrid work setup in Taguig are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• CPA, CMA, MBA or other relevant finance certification is an advantage but not required.
• At least 1 year of professional experience in accounting, finance operations, or related finance work; fresh graduates may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, monthly, and quarterly financial reporting and accounting support activities.
• Support data reconciliations, journal entries, and close-related reporting activities.
• Maintain complete documentation, audit trails, and evidence to support reporting and controls.
• Collaborate with regional teams and stakeholders to ensure timely deliverables.
• Identify unusual items or data issues and escalate for review.
