Job summary

Orica seeks an AR/AP Intercompany Officer to join our Manila finance team. The role focuses on reconciling intercompany balances, processing intercompany transactions, and supporting month-end close in a multinational environment.

You will work closely with regional finance teams to ensure accurate settlements, proper tax treatment, and adherence to transfer pricing rules. A degree in accounting and 3–5 years of relevant experience are expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in AR/AP or Intercompany roles.
• Experience reconciling intercompany transactions in a multinational setting.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Process intercompany invoices, credit notes, recharges, and settlements.
• Manage intercompany billing cycles across regions (AP/AR).
• Ensure accurate coding, tax treatment, and transfer pricing compliance.
• Perform monthly intercompany reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Support month-end close activities and IFRS/GAAP compliance.
• Collaborate with global finance teams across multiple countries.
