You will contribute to complete and accurate accounting for balance sheet and income statements, work with global processes, and support internal controls and compliance in a dynamic multinational setting.

The role requires 1–2 years of finance experience, a bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance, and proficiency in ERP systems (SAP) and MS Excel.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• CPA, CMA, MBA and/or other financial certifications preferred.
• 1–2 years of professional experience in Finance is required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with employees at all levels.
• Fluent English and willingness to work shifts alignment with global assignments.

• Be compliant with applicable laws and regulations, and follow guidelines in the J&J Credo.
• Maintain Operational Excellence and timely closing of financial periods according to closing calendar.
• Ensure completeness, accuracy and validity of actuals reported within scope.
• Support auditors and legal authorities as needed.
• Understand and execute worldwide policies; identify compliance risks and propose solutions.
• Be a trusted business partner; support global strategy and cross-functional alignment.
• Generate ideas for process improvements and implement in line with global standards.
