Job summary

The Senior Insurance Manager at Jollibee Foods Corporation will lead the Group’s international insurance and risk requirements, overseeing US and European operations and serving as the primary liaison with global markets, brokers, and insurers to secure coverage and favorable terms.

You will design programs, manage renewals, advise on risk transfer, and collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Operations to embed strong risk governance across multinational activities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any business related course.
• Minimum of 5 years in corporate insurance or risk management.
• Experience with multinational or global accounts is preferred.
• Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid).

Responsibilities

• Lead design and placement of global insurance programs.
• Oversee renewals, limits, coverage, and market strategy.
• Engage insurers and brokers and manage procurement.
• Align program design with group risk appetite.
• Support US/Europe regulatory and market requirements.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Operations on risk solutions.
