Job summary

Jollibee Group is seeking an Assistant Finance Manager to lead financial planning and analysis, drive strategies, and streamline processes for growth. You will manage key P&L items including gross margins, advertising and promotions, and SG&A, while collaborating with R&D, Demand, SPG and Supply Chain to implement cost-saving initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of any 4-year finance or business-related course.
• Must have at least 5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis.
• Experience in managing key profit and loss items such as gross margins, advertising and promotions and general & administrative expenses.
• Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City on a hybrid working set-up (2 days in-office, 3 days work-from-home/week).

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and analysis to drive business growth.
• Oversee process improvement and system simplification for efficiency.
• Manage gross profit, SG&A, and advertising budgets with variance analysis.
• Develop financial models to support product launches and channel profitability.
• Partner with stakeholders to optimize cost and maximize margins.
