Job summary

FUJIMAK is seeking an Import Coordinator in Makati, Philippines, to manage end-to-end import operations and coordinate with overseas suppliers, brokers, and the Purchasing Team. The role covers placing orders, monitoring shipments, and ensuring timely delivery to the warehouse.

Qualifications

• Practical experience in Import, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
• Understanding of import processes and characteristics of products.
• Experience handling import-related documents, including B/L, Packing List, and Invoice.
• Experience coordinating with Customs Brokers is a plus.
• Experience coordinating delivery schedules with overseas suppliers.
• Strong schedule management and follow-up skills with coordination across stakeholders.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email.

Responsibilities

• Import Coordination: Review and confirm order details, place orders, and manage delivery schedules.
• Import Documentation: Review and verify Bills of Lading, Packing Lists, and Invoices; maintain docs.
• Customs / Broker Coordination: Coordinate with customs brokers and ensure clearance.
• Delivery / Schedule Management: Manage import schedules to meet customer deadlines and handle delays.
