Qualifications

• 10+ years of credit risk management experience in consumer lending or credit cards.
• 5+ years in senior leadership with measurable portfolio impact.
• Proven experience managing credit card portfolios across markets (US/Mexico).
• Deep expertise in credit risk strategy, modelling, and portfolio optimization.
• Experience with US regulatory credit card frameworks and Latin American markets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute credit risk strategies for sustainable growth across US and Mexico portfolios.
• Review policies, underwriting standards, and risk appetite frameworks per market.
• Drive portfolio expansion through data-driven decisioning and continuous strategy refinement.
• Balance growth with credit quality targets and profitability metrics.
• Lead cross-market risk governance and collaboration with US and Mexico leadership.
