Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Management Accounting required.
• CPA preferred; US GAAP and IFRS exposure preferred.
• Experience with Fixed Asset, Cash Management and Intercompany Accounting.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
• Excel proficiency; pivoting, formulas; macros a plus.
• Six-sigma training is a plus.
• MS Office proficiency including SharePoint and web apps.

Responsibilities

• Process journal entries, allocations, and period-end adjustments.
• Perform balance sheet account reconciliations.
• Conduct sub-ledger variance analyses.
• Post and reconcile intercompany transactions.
• Support consolidations and streamline processes.
• Manage fixed-asset additions, depreciation, disposals and maintenance.
• Reconcile fixed-asset ledger.
• Provide fixed-asset data for tax and statutory reporting.
• Handle cash management and reconciliation.
• Offer audit support (internal and external).
• Support continuous improvement of GL processes.
