Job summary

Arcadis Consulting Middle East Limited in the Philippines is seeking a General Accounting Analyst to manage treasury, fixed assets, VAT, period-end closing, and financial reporting in line with service level agreements.

You will support month-end close, intercompany reconciliations in Onestream, and prepare financial package appendices, with emphasis on accuracy in a multinational setting.

A degree in Accountancy with 1–2 years of relevant experience and ERP exposure is required; CPA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy is required; CPA is an advantage.
• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in financial/general accounting or audit.
• Experience in shared service or multinational environments is an advantage.
• ERP systems experience is preferred; proficient in Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities

• Prepares daily bank reconciliation, weekly bank summary and liquidity report, and weekly cashflow report.
• Reconciles fixed assets additions and registers assets in the system; maintains fixed asset register.
• Performs monthly depreciation, disposals, transfers, and intercompany accruals in Onestream.
• Prepares month-end journals including prepayments amortization, accruals, and OH adjustments.
• Performs VAT validation and reconciliation; completes other monthly reconciliations.
• Assists in quarterly intercompany reconciliation in Onestream and financial package disclosures.
• Prepares process documentation and flowcharts; supports interim and year-end audits.
