Job summary

ING Wholesale Banking is seeking a Customer Journey Expert to join the Funding Management Squad (WB Tribe Lending). You will own end-to-end funding journeys, translate business needs into scalable product features, and collaborate with global stakeholders to automate and streamline funding processes.

In this role, you’ll partner with Lending, Treasury, Technology, and Operations to improve straight-through processing, reduce manual steps, and deliver customer-centric funding solutions across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required or equivalent.
• Experience translating business needs into product features and customer journeys.
• Experience with complex tech landscapes and system integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; excellent communication skills.
• Ability to drive delivery across cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize end-to-end funding journeys for lending products and services.
• Translate business requirements into user journeys, features, and delivery initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to deliver scalable funding solutions.
• Drive integration initiatives across multiple systems and platforms.
• Ensure compliance, control requirements, and successful go-live deliveries across countries.
• Identify opportunities to increase automation and reduce manual steps.
