Job summary

EY is seeking a Global SL - FP&A Assistant Director to partner with executive leadership, delivering critical financial insights and leadership reporting. You will manage forecasting, analyses and ad hoc modelling, while building trusted relationships across EY’s global Finance teams.

The role requires 7–10 years in FP&A, strong English communication, and expertise in Power BI and financial storytelling to influence strategic decisions across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
• 7–10 years of relevant FP&A experience.
• Strong English communication, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in financial modelling and scenario analysis.
• Experience delivering executive-level presentations.
• Ability to influence across global teams and cultures.
• Proficiency with Power BI and advanced Excel functionalities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Global Service Lines and leaders to drive analytics and executive presentations.
• Model projections and analyze monthly performance, presenting findings to Finance leadership.
• Forecast and plan with ad hoc analyses to guide strategic decisions.
• Champion automation and AI adoption in financial reporting with cross-functional teams.
• Coach team members and collaborate across diverse, global stakeholders.
