Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or business analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, modeling) and PowerPoint.
• Experience with ERP and planning/reporting tools such as Workday, Adaptive Planning, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial results, management reports, and operational dashboards.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across multiple business units.
• Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, and Operations to consolidate reporting data.
