Job summary

Northern Trust is seeking an Associate Training Consultant within the COO L&D Global Team to design and deliver impactful learning solutions for the Financial Reporting function.

You will partner with stakeholders across regions to develop, deliver, and continuously enhance training programs that strengthen accounting, reporting and control practices, while managing the operational aspects of the curriculum.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in financial reporting and related accounting processes.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Background in auditing or financial services is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and evaluate learning solutions for the Financial Reporting function.
• Partner with stakeholders to develop and continuously improve training programs.
