Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Global Services seeks a Senior Analyst to support end-to-end financial reporting across ERP platforms, including SAP Central Finance. You will ensure data accuracy, timely close, and strong controls, partnering with regional teams to drive process improvements.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, at least 3 years in financial reporting, solid GAAP knowledge, and readiness for night shifts in a hybrid setup at Taguig City, Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• CPA, CMA, MBA, or other relevant finance certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and coordinate daily, monthly, and quarterly financial reporting and accounting activities across platforms and entities.
• Support CFIN ATR processes, data replication monitoring, and close-related reporting.
• Prepare reconciliations for source ERP to CFIN data and other interface reconciliations.
• Assist with data validation, issue resolution, and timely reporting prior to close deadlines.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and audit trails for financial reporting and controls.
• Identify and remediate data quality and reporting defects; escalate risks as needed.
