Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Global Services is seeking a Global Close Coordination Analyst in Taguig. You will support monthly/quarterly close activities, coordinate closing deadlines, and ensure journal entries and reconciliations are completed on time within SOX and governance guidelines.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance, 1–2 years in accounting/finance, and familiarity with SAP, BlackLine, and Cadency. A hybrid work setup in the Philippines is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance required or equivalent.
• CPA/CMA/MBA or similar finance cert is an advantage but not required.
• 1–2 years of accounting/finance experience or strong internship foundation desired.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly and quarterly close activities for the account to report team.
• Coordinate closing checklist and ensure journal entries and reconciliations meet timelines (SOX controls).
• Maintain documentation, audit trails, and evidence for reporting and control requirements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and senior teams on process and operational matters.
• Assist in audits and annual activities like risk analysis and threshold computations.
