Job summary

Finstro, a fintech company solving B2B trade finance, seeks a Financial Accountant to maintain accurate financial records and support month-end close for Philippine and Australian operations. You will report to the Financial Controller and work from our Manila office.

The role covers accounts payable, journal entries, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting with IFRS/GAAP alignment. CPA-qualified candidates with Big 4 experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• CPA-qualified with a bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a Big 4 audit firm, plus at least 1 year of hands-on AP, accounting, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes for Philippine entity.
• Post month-end journal entries including accruals and depreciation for AU entity.
• Post bank transactions using MYOB bank feed and reconcile accounts.
• Prepare monthly financial and management reports; assist in bank reconciliations for PH and AU.
• Monitor cross-entity AP operations and ensure compliance with internal controls.
