Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s Global Finance team in Manila is seeking an Analyst, Global Finance Master Data to deliver master data processes, maintain GL accounts, profit and cost centers, and support internal controls. You will contribute to timely month-end reporting and collaborate with a global network of finance professionals.

You will assist auditors, drive process improvements, and help maintain strong internal controls in a diverse, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• University degree in finance or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in the ATR or Finance Master Data function.
• Finance Master Data knowledge and experience.
• Good presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be compliant with applicable laws and regulations, and follow guidelines in the J&J Credo.
• Maintain Operational Excellence.
• Perform day to day operations of Financial Master Data team including GL Accounts, Profit Center, Cost Center, Internal Order and Exchange Rate.
• Proactively identify, rectify, and follow-up errors and causes of errors.
• Ensure timeliness, accuracy and quality of work and service by Finance Master Data team through regular review, checks and approval.
• Resolve complex or critical process issues beyond team member capabilities.
• Handle risks through mitigation.
• Ensure documentation is complete and up to date.
• Initiate, monitor, and review systems’ access of the team.
• Support auditors and legal authorities with required activities.
• Ensure strong internal controls to achieve audit ratings.
• Accurate and timely month-end reporting. Meet corporate and regional deadlines.
