Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Finance professional to support intercompany accounting within their Global Finance team. The role emphasizes accurate financial close, policy compliance, and strong internal controls, with exposure to global processes and cross-country coordination.

The candidate will assist in implementing accounting procedures, closing cycles, and audits while collaborating with regional teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Strong MS Teams usage
Good interpersonal skills and adaptability
Strong academic record or notable achievement
Willingness to learn and adapt to global processes

Responsibilities

Be compliant with applicable laws and guidelines in the J&J Credo Maintain Operational Perfection.
Implement intercompany accounting processes for sophisticated MRCs.
Timely closing and execution of periods per the closing calendar and SLA; comply with SOX/Internal Audit.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of actuals within scope.
Leverage Worldwide Procedures and compliance requirements for areas.
Regularly perform Balance Sheet reconciliations to minimize open items.
Provide on-the-job training for new team members/BPO partners.
Support auditors and legal authorities with required activities.
Enforce worldwide policies; identify risks and propose solutions.
Maintain strong internal controls to achieve audit ratings.
